       This is my first code submission for this site, and it is a beginner submission as well. This Perl (.pl) script will count all the numbers up to the number you specify. Good example for beginners learing Perl.

       It is an irc bot that has a dictionary function, a translate function, and a quote function. None of these are finished yet but I don't know if I plan on finishing them so I had better post it now.
